Lesson's Learned...
Now, years down the road, I decided to learn Tae Kwon Do. While we were serious about wanting to learn we still goofed off and played around during the classes. I soon began to realize that everyone around us was progressively getting better while we were still at the same level we had started at. I decided to make a positive change and implement the self-discipline techniques that my father had taught me so many years ago. My rhythm consisted of class, home, and practice and soon I began to rapidly improve. The progress I was making began to motivate me even more and showed me how effective self-discipline truly is.
Impact...
I make a solid attempt to implement self-discipline into my everyday life. For example, when I don’t want to work, exercise, or eat healthy? Self-discipline. It’s a tool that I believe once you harness allows the world to become your oyster. I have found this to be the key to success and happiness in my life, no one is going to do things for you or hand you opportunities, you have to be disciplined enough to pursue those goals even when they seem impossible. Like me Self-discipline can teach you how to truly Live More!
]]>I worked in a bank, starting as a teller I had high aspirations of working my way up. I worked every day, ready to do whatever was asked of me, in order to become a successful banker. My hard work and determination paid off and I was quickly promoted to loan officer. I thought I was on the right path to financial stability and lifelong happiness. After a while I began to realize that something didn't feel quite right. I wasn't happy. Brushing my concerns aside I persisted and continued to work hard assuming it would all pay off in the end.
One Year Later…
My entire day consisted of meetings, sitting at a desk, lunch, back to the desk in silence, and home. Once I would arrive home I found myself to tired and depressed to do anything that resembled fun, therefore, I would end up just going to bed in hopes tomorrow would be better. I was stuck on repeat and couldn't find the off switch. I started questioning everything. Why am I spending my time doing something I hate? Am I going to spend my life in this one building like some kind of corporate prisoner? Why do I have to constantly live in fear that my boss will punish me for not doing everything correctly?
The Journey…
The days dragged on and I began to feel hopeless. I feared there was no light at the end of the tunnel. I would sit at my desk watching Joogsquad videos on Youtube witnessing them enjoying their lives and jobs, and would wonder why can’t I? That’s when I decided to start an Instagram page and post photos and videos that I took with my GoPro. I began to realize I wasn’t living my best life and that’s when I decided to find a reason to Live More. That’s when it all began.
My Advice…
Everyone needs an escape from everyday life. Something that makes you smile, something you enjoy doing. Simply start with one hour a day. Allowing yourself something to look forward too can pull you out of any rut you might fall into. What started as a hobby and something to make myself feel better is now something so much bigger with more meaning that I could have ever imagined. I choose to quit my job as a loan officer and Live More by pursuing my passions wherever they take me. It’s incredible what impact something can have on other people when you have real passion for it. The Live More movement was originally intended to help me be happier and now it’s affecting so many others in such a positive way. If you are stuck in a routine, then do what you love, take it one day at a time, and #LiveMore.

I was recently contacted by a company who make electric longboards, ACTON. When I read their email I was floored, they wanted to partner with me for some footage and photos of their board in action. A million thoughts ran through my mind who am I to them? Why me? How did they find me?
Inquired and left Inspired
I made the decision to inquire about what they had in mind. They informed me that they came across some of my work and loved the look of it. I was in shock that this enormous company liked my videos enough to choose to invest in me. A few days later we struck a deal and so the partnership began.
Making the deal
After researching the company more I discovered their large social media reach which encouraged me to pursue this partnership even more. We agreed that I would produce two 30-second video clips for them to use as promotional material as well as take pictures modeling the board for their ads. While I’ve had brand deals in the past, nothing quite this immense. I couldn't contain my excitement and instantly started brainstorming ideas for the content.
It’s here!
The days dragged on as I impatiently waited for the board to arrive. On the day the UPS truck pulled up and I rushed out in excitement, along with my camera (of course), to document the whole thing, start to finish. They had sent me their brand-new Blink S2 model. I had been looking into purchasing an electric board for a while now however, hadn’t ever seen one and I couldn’t have been more amazed.
Specs:
The Blink S2 model is very high-quality board with the ability to travel 18 mph for up to 14 miles! It has a hand-held wireless remote for navigation as well as three riding modes. My personal favorite feature is the LED lights that are located at the head, tail, and sides. This board has an app that can inform you of both distance and speed! It’s quite a remarkable product and I couldn't speak more highly of it. This board has my top recommendation!
Moral of the Story
Value. While my videos started out as fun and games, the older I got the more serious they became to me and the more effort I put into them. No matter what you do in life if you put in the hard work and effort others will recognize that and value you. For me, the hard work I put into my videos allowed me this incredible opportunity to do promotional material for ACTON. You have to give in order to receive and once you realize that you have something to offer the world then you should never give up until you get where you want to be. #LiveMore

Fear is something that lives within us all. Some more than others. It’s that gut feeling that screams something poses a threat to you. Every person on Earth has experienced fear at some point in their life. What do you do when your only left with two choices? Fight or flight.
Most of the world is made up of people who automatically run from fear, as far and as fast as they can. To some running is the most plausible thing to do while to others it’s an act of cowardice. However, there are some who choose to look fear in the eyes and fight.
Why Fight over Flight?
Those who choose to run aren’t eliminating the problem, they’re simply eliminating the risk of dealing with it. How many people look back and say to themselves “what if” years after they ran from the risk? Regret for what might have been or could have been can be worse that any consequences obtained from facing the problem or threat head on. I try to live with the thought that “yes I’m afraid but I won’t be for long” when faced with fear. Choosing to face that fear shows that you refuse to the anything stop you from obtaining your goals.
My experience with Fear?
Recently I made the decision to take a trip completely alone. Having always relied on other people my entire life I was terrified to get on a plane traveling halfway around the world by myself. I came to the realization that if I didn't pursue the opportunity afforded to me, I’d spend the rest of my life regretting a once in a lifetime decision. I chose to fight the fear and show it what I’m capable of and ended up having the best and craziest time of my life, I even came home a different person. I no longer feared being alone, the unknown, being lost, language barriers, taking on problems, dying, and most of all I no longer feared being afraid.
Embracing the Fear.
When you begin to overcome your fears your shown just how strong you really are. Fear doesn’t own you, you own it. It’s amazing when the dust settles, and you realize you can handle more than you ever dreamed possible. I no longer look at fear as a bully, it’s become my friend who is always there to give me a little push to do something I never would have. Take the risk, travel to that country, jump out of that plane, chase your goals. Stop running from fear and start running towards it you never know what you may find out about others and most of all about yourself. It’s time to #LiveMore.

My name is Bronson James Allison and I am a 25-year-old story teller. I share my experiences through videos and photos of the world around me for others. My goal is to help inspire each and every one of you to #LiveMore.
Back to the Beginning…
I got my first camera in 8thgrade and that’s when things began to change for me. I started this journey with magic trick videos when I was only 13. It didn’t matter that there was no sound and the pixilation was horrible, I just enjoyed being behind the camera, doing things other people weren’t. Eventually, some of my videos began to go viral and I decided that being behind that camera was my passion and I wanted to not only take videos and photos but tell real stories for others.
The Infamous Question... Why?
I am frequently asked questions like… Why do you put yourself in potentially life-threatening situations? Why would you go to dangerous countries? Are you just a thrill seeker? And so on. My philosophy is something along the lines of the following, We are all going to face danger and risk at some point in our lives, therefore, I might as well throw a little adventure into the mix. I want to experience life and show perspectives not often seen or heard and share them with the world. Society often tells us to play it safe, don’t take risks, be “normal”. I believe that life is about seizing the opportunities set in front of you without restraint and creating as many memories as you can for as long as you can. Living More.
Why LiveMoreShop.com?
During my travels I discovered unique products from all over the world. I wanted to share these items with others as well as give back to the places I’ve been. That’s when the Live More Shop was born. The shop is a way for me to show others what I experience through the things I find during my journey and allows anyone to have their own piece of that journey! This allows not only me to give back but others as well, with every purchase from my Hawaii and Bali collections a portion of the proceeds go towards recovery efforts and educational support.
Curious about my travels? Check back next week for the details about my very first adventure!
